the room was perfect and super clean. the location was great near the mall etc. breakfast had good variety. i loved the fresh fruit juice..
the air conditioning did not cool the room effectively even after maintenance intervention.

The staff were consistently cute and helpful throughout my time there. I found check-in and check-out to be quick and easy. Complimentary parking was available, a great benefit. The room had great design elements and a super comfortable bed. The bathroom included two sinks for extra convenience. I also liked the luggage storage space provided.

the breakfast had a great selection and a high standard..
I had a lot of difficulty pairing my own device to the tv. The connection kept getting cut off. the bathtub is rather small compared to pictures. it is only a good fit for one person.

The location is great. I could easily walk to the pavilion shopping center. Breakfast included both western options and Malaysian food.

the room had modern amenities. the bathroom included a separate shower. high-quality toiletries were provided. the hotel also had a well-equipped gym with treadmills. i found several weight machines there. this was helpful for my fitness routine. the breakfast buffet offered local and international options. i enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. i noted attentive service from staff during breakfast.
the pool area could benefit from additional shade during peak hours.
